1. Overview

At ViralPromptLab, we sell digital products — including AI prompt packs, templates, and guides — that are delivered electronically and available for immediate download after purchase. Because digital goods cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, this policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds.

This policy applies to all purchases made through the ViralPromptLab website using our payment gateways (Razorpay and Stripe).

2. Eligibility for a Refund

You may request a refund within 7 (seven) days of the original purchase date under the following circumstances:

  • Corrupt or inaccessible files: The purchased product files are damaged, corrupted, or cannot be downloaded despite multiple attempts.
  • Product not as described: The delivered product is materially different from the description and preview shown on the product page at the time of purchase.
  • Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same product due to a payment processing error.
  • Unauthorised transaction: The purchase was made without your authorisation (subject to verification).

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind: You no longer want the product after purchasing and/or downloading it.
  • Product already used: The prompts or templates have been used to generate content, indicating the product has served its purpose.
  • Failure to review preview: The product page included sample previews or descriptions that you did not review before purchasing.
  • Third-party AI platform issues: Problems arising from the AI platform (MidJourney, DALL-E, Sora, etc.) — such as different outputs, model updates, or platform downtime — are outside our control.
  • Partial bundle refund: If you purchased a bundle or combo pack, we do not offer partial refunds for individual items within the bundle.
  • Request after 7 days: Refund requests submitted after the 7-day eligibility window.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit our Contact page and submit a refund request.
  2. In the subject line, write "Refund Request".
  3. Include the following details in your message:
    • Your registered email address
    • Order ID or transaction reference number
    • Product name
    • Reason for the refund request
    • Supporting evidence (screenshots of errors, duplicate charge receipts, etc.) if applicable
  4. Alternatively, you can email us directly at hello@viralpromptlab.com with the above details.

We will acknowledge your refund request within 24 hours and provide a resolution within 3 business days of receiving all required information.

5. Refund Process & Timeline

Once your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
  • Razorpay refunds: Typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. UPI refunds may take up to 3–5 business days.
  • Stripe refunds: Typically reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
  • We will send you an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated from our end.

Please note that processing times are determined by your bank or payment provider and are outside our control.

6. Cancellation Policy

Before delivery: If you contact us before the product has been delivered or downloaded, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund immediately.

After delivery: Once the digital product has been delivered and/or made available for download, cancellations are subject to the refund eligibility criteria described in Section 2 above.

Subscriptions (if applicable): If we offer subscription-based products in the future, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made. Refunds for the current billing period are not provided unless eligible under Section 2.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in:

  • Suspension of your ViralPromptLab account
  • Revocation of access to all purchased Digital Products
  • Inability to make future purchases on the Platform

We aim to resolve all issues amicably and promptly. Most concerns can be addressed within 24–72 hours through our support team.
