Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ViralPromptLab website ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Website. You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use our services.

2. Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to the ViralPromptLab website and all associated services.
  • "User" or "You" refers to any individual or entity accessing the Platform.
  • "Digital Product" refers to AI prompt packs, templates, guides, and any other downloadable content sold on the Platform.
  • "Content" refers to all text, images, videos, prompts, articles, tutorials, and other materials published on the Platform.
  • "We," "Us," "Our" refers to ViralPromptLab and its operators.

3. Account Registration & Security

To purchase Digital Products or access premium features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

4. Digital Products & Licensing

When you purchase a Digital Product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the following restrictions:

  • You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Digital Product with third parties
  • You may not include the Digital Product (in whole or in part) in another product offered for sale or free distribution
  • You may use the prompts to generate content for your own personal or commercial projects (subject to the AI platform's own terms)

Free content published on the blog is available for personal and commercial use with attribution appreciated (but not required).

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed on the product page at the time of purchase and are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices may be converted to your local currency by your payment provider.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay and/or Stripe. We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods supported by the active payment gateway. All applicable taxes (including GST) are included in the listed price or will be displayed at checkout where required by law.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already completed.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, refunds are handled in accordance with our comprehensive Return & Refund Policy. Key points include:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
  • Valid reasons include corrupt or inaccessible files, duplicate charges, or products not matching their description
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay or Stripe within 5–7 business days

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of ViralPromptLab or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

If you believe any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us with a detailed description. We will investigate all valid notices and take appropriate action, which may include removing the infringing content.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our prompts are designed for use with third-party AI platforms such as MidJourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Sora, and others. Content generated using our prompts is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective AI platform. We are not responsible for the output, policies, usage rights, or limitations imposed by third-party AI services.

We make no guarantees regarding specific results, as AI outputs may vary based on model versions, settings, and other factors.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other accounts, or systems
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content without prior written consent
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality or infrastructure
  • Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited communications

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all Digital Products are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ViralPromptLab and its operators, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or purchase of Digital Products.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms shall be limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ViralPromptLab and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India).

14. Third-Party Links & Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or tools. These links are provided for convenience only, and we do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

15. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify registered users by email for significant changes. Your continued use of the Platform after modifications are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
